Alert
The Alert module is used to view any alert for merchandise that has been placed in Back Office.
- To view all order alerts, click the Alert module.
- You can filter out open orders by checking the All Open Orders checkbox on the top left-hand side of the screen.
- To add a new query, click any of the plus signs under the Add column.
- To answer a query, click the corresponding empty box under the Answer column to input an answer.
- To close a query, click the corresponding close icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
